Do you remember spending hours and hours making a mix tape? For yourself or your crush or for a friend? Hanging out by the tape deck waiting for Sasha Martinengo to quit his intro so you can record “Creep” by Radiohead. I miss those times.
This interactive artwork is a combination of lino printing and digital. Scanning the QR code will allow you to “record” an Apple Music or Spotify playlist to the tape. A unique pin code keeps your mix safe, but allows you to re-record your tape when you feel inspired!
